Provider® 790 is Jeron’s IP-based Nurse Call communications solution. The system leverages VoIP technology for a facility-wide networked solution ensuring clear audio communication across the entire facility. Streamlining communications and workflow, the system integrates with wireless SIP phones, RTLS, Reporting, Smart beds, and more; keeping staff mobile, accessible, and available for direct patient care. Both staff and patient satisfaction is improved when the system’s workflow features improve processes for all hospital stakeholders.

The Pro-Alert™ 570 Nurse Call system provides staff with instant resident information such as knowing which resident needs attention, what type of call they placed, and their location. Utilizing tones and notification indications at Nurse Consoles, Duty Stations, and Dome Lights, this system is designed to meet the requirements of an entire facility. The full alphanumeric display at the Nurse Console indicates the top call priorities and their respective room numbers; there is no second guessing who placed the call. Optional intercom stations facilitate two-way communication between residents and staff. The Pro-Alert 570 system readily integrates with wandering patient, security systems, smoke detectors, and bed exit alarms to quickly alert staff of critical events.

NOTI-FI™ SMARTPHONE ALERTING
Nurse Call Alerts Go Directly to Caregiver’s Smartphone
The Noti-Fi option for Provider Nurse Call Systems maintains a quiet healing environment while keeping staff connected and mobile. Active patient calls directly text alert their assigned caregiver’s smartphone. To save wasted steps, caregiver’s can “accept” an active call which in turn automatically alerts the remaining caregivers who is responding to the call. In addition, team members may also receive emails.

Jupiter Medical Center
As a long time partner with Jupiter Medical Center, we have enjoyed the privilege of working on numerous projects with several departments. The most recent was the new Cancer Center, and Emergency Dept. We have expanded the existing networked Jeron Provider 790 nurse call system into the surgery project as well as providing them with additional access control systems. In this 327 bed facility.
Kindred Coral Gables
Kindred Coral Gables hospital executed a nurse call upgrade in 2008. We were brought in as a design partner with the owner to help design the entire low voltage technology package for the hospital building. We worked side by side with the owner to develop the plan for the Jeron Provider 700 system and many more of the technology upgrades. We estimate by the hospital hiring us direct rather than going through the traditional bid process we saved the hospital roughly $100,000
